 Clopidogrel 의 경우 enantiomer purity 측정시에 USP monograph에 등록되어 있는 컬럼이 하나였으나 앞으로 계정될 버전에는

 CHIRALCEL OJ, OJ-H가 등록될 예정입니다. 아래의 크로마토그램은 시스템 적합성 테스트 결과 크로마토그램이며, 상세 내용은

Mobile phase : Hexane, Ethanol and diethyl amine in
95:5:0.05 (v/v/v) ratio

Wavelength of detection : 240 nm

Retention time : Clopidogrel about 22 min
Relative Retention Time : Impurity-A - about 0.22
