Protein based Chiral Column
Protein 기반의 Chiral Selector를 Silica에 결합한 CSP로 충진된 Chiral Column 입니다. Polysaccharide-based CSP에서 분석이 되지 않았을 경우 Protein based Chiral Column을 사용하였을때 분석이 가능할 수 있습니다. 이동상으로 phosphate buffer와 Acetate buffer 를 사용하시기 바랍니다. Protein based Chiral Column으로 서로 다른 CSP를 가진 3개의 Protein 계열의 Chiral Column을 Line-up 하고 있습니다.
2012 년 1월 1일 이후, Protein based Chiral Column의 명칭이 다음과 같이 변경되었습니다.
제품에 대한 명칭만 변경 되었으며, 변경된 명칭에 대한 확인서등이 필요 하실 경우 연락주시기 바랍니다.

- Chiral-CBH → (새명칭) CHIRALPAK CBH

특징
- Reverse Phase 에서 사용할 수 있는 Chiral Column입니다.
- 대사물 및 바이오합성을 통하여 얻은 샘플을, 물이 포함된 Reveres Phase 조건하에서 Chiral 분석을 할 수 있습니다.
- LC / MS에 사용하실 수 있습니다. (2.0mm ID)
α1-Acid glycoprotein 를 Chiral Selector로한 Chiral Column입니다.
Amine류 (1차, 2차, 3차), Acidic compound, Neutral compound (Amide, Ester, Alcohole)등 의 Chiral 분석에 사용될 수 있습니다. 이동상을 조성을 변경하여, 다양한 화합물에 대한 Chiral 분석을 할 수 있습니다.
Cellobiohydrolase (CBH)를 Chiral Selector로한 Chiral Column입니다.
carbonyl, Amide, Ether, Sulfoxide, Ester, Alcohol, Phenol 등의 각종 치환기를 가진 염기성 화합물을 유도체화 하지 않고 Chiral 분석 할 수 있습니다.
Human serum albumin(HSA)를 Chiral Selector로한 Chiral Column입니다.
Acidic compound, Neutral compound (Amide, Ester, Alcohole)등의 Chiral 분석에 사용될 수 있습니다.
